Questions
The Fast Track is designed to be completed in just a few weeks. You’ll spend about 3 hours on self-paced eLearning, attend a 1-Day Live Workshop, and then complete your co-facilitation session. Once all steps are done, you’ll receive your certification.
Yes. Each step builds on the one before it: you pre-book your Live Workshop, complete your eLearning modules, attend the workshop, and then conduct your co-facilitation. This sequence ensures you feel confident and supported at every stage.
You’ll be equipped to lead immersive XR simulations inside your organization or with clients, adding credibility to your facilitation toolkit.
No problem. Workshops run on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, and you can reschedule by contacting our team. We’ll work with you to find a date that fits your schedule.
No VR headset is required. All you need is a computer with internet access and Zoom. We provide the professional avatar actor, the Zoom link, and all technical support.
After you attend your Live Workshop, we’ll send you a link to schedule your co-facilitation. You’ll set up the simulation inside your own organization, and we’ll provide the avatar actor, Zoom setup, and coaching support.
Yes. Once you’ve completed all four steps — eLearning, Live Workshop, Co-Facilitation, and feedback — you’ll earn your Facilitator Certification and digital badge at no extra cost.
