Most sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, including live simulation and debrief. It’s short enough to fit your training schedule, long enough to create lasting change.

We can train up to 40 people at a time in a single session. While one person engages directly in the simulation, the rest observe, reflect, and learn alongside them. Observers learn just as much, sometimes more, by watching real reactions unfold in real time.

Yes. You can build internal capacity by training your own facilitators. It’s a scalable, cost-effective way to bring immersive practice into your regular training pipeline.

We use our SIMO-X™ framework to track the real-world effects of simulation training.
